Building sustainable community health, together

Who We Are

ICH is a nonprofit consulting organization that provides participatory evaluation, applied research, assessment, planning, and training and technical assistance. We help healthcare institutions, philanthropic organizations, government agencies, and community-based organizations improve their services and maximize program impact.

What We Do

Achieving health equity, improving community health, and transforming healthcare are complex challenges, requiring innovative approaches and multiple perspectives. As a dynamic nonprofit consulting organization with deep expertise, ICH partners with leaders, innovators, and experts in the field to tackle complex problems and achieve sustainable solutions.

We provide participatory evaluation, applied research, assessment planning, training and technical assistance  to help community-based organizations, healthcare institutions, foundations, and government agencies improve their programs and maximize impact.

ICH also runs the Leah Zallman Center for Immigrant Health Research, which partners with immigrant communities, advocates, policymakers, and social and health systems on actionable research to improve immigrant health and wellbeing.
