Erika Decklar

Research Associate

Erika Decklar (she/ella) is a Research Associate at the Institute for Community Health. At ICH, Erika is involved in research/evaluation projects and technical assistance focused on substance use disorder and advancing health and racial equity. Prior to joining ICH, Erika served as a college and career adviser with the College Advising Corps, where she worked to increase access to higher education and other post-secondary pathways for underrepresented students. She also interned with Cambridge Health Alliance, supporting a community health needs assessment.

Erika earned a BS in Behavior and Health from Boston University and completed her MPH with concentrations in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and Health Policy and Law at the Boston University School of Public Health.
