ICH conducted an analysis of nationally representative data that showed that immigrants fill a disproportionate share of health care and direct care jobs in the United States.

ICH partnered with the Boston Public Health Commission, Boston Medical Center, and BU School of Public Health to conduct a qualitative research study examining racial/ethnic inequities in access to treatment for people who have experienced an opioid overdose in Boston.

This qualitative study will examine the impact of the proposed ‘public charge’ rule on health among immigrants in Eastern Massachusetts and will identify paths forward to mitigate impact.

This study examines the potential impact of a proposed change to the “public charge” immigration rule on benefit use for children who need care.

ICH is worked with the Justice Resource Institute (JRI) and associated organizations on a mixed methods evaluation examining implementation of evidence-based practices for trauma-informed care.

ICH conducted a research study to understand immigrants’ and US-born individuals’ contributions, private-insurers’ expenditures, and net contributions to private health insurance.
