ICH is conducting a process and outcomes evaluation for the Determination of Need programs of two Mass General Brigham hospitals – Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital – which are supporting initiatives related to mental/behavioral health, housing, food/nutrition security, and economic mobility/financial stability in Suffolk County.
ICH is evaluating the RIZE LinC Program, which aims to strengthen partnerships between community-based organizations and healthcare centers in order to improve linkages to substance use disorder care following hospitalization
