Nithershini Narayanan

Research and Evaluation Project Manager

Nithershini Narayanan (she/her) is a Research and Evaluation Project Manager at the Institute for Community Health. At ICH, Nithershini is involved in evaluation and research projects in priority areas such as substance use prevention and misuse treatment, mental health, early childhood, and many more using qualitative and mixed methods. Prior to her work with ICH, Nithershini was a Research Assistant in academia in Los Angeles, where her work focused on access to care and community resources and health disparity and equity around BIPOC communities, including edutainment for living kidney donation awareness, cultural acceptability of COVID-19 contact tracing models, and community awareness and linkage to COVID-19 information, testing, vaccinations, and treatment services.

Nithershini received a BS in Dental Science from Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai, India. She completed her MPH with a focus on Community Health Education at California State University – Long Beach.
