Sofía Alejandra Ladner

Research and Evaluation Project Manager / LZC Community and Staff Engagement Manager

Sofia Alejandra Ladner (she/ella) is a Research and Evaluation Project Manager at the Institute for Community Health (ICH) and the Community and Staff Engagement Manager at the Leah Zallman Center for Immigrant Health Research (LZC). At ICH, Sofia manages research and evaluation projects focused on behavioral health, housing, and immigrant health, and conducts research projects with qualitative methods. At LZC, Sofia works with Dr. Jessica Santos and the LZC team to engage with community partners and ICH staff in Center activities. Prior to joining ICH, Sofia was a fellow at the MA Health Policy Commission.

Sofia received a BS in international health from Georgetown University and an MPH with a focus on community health from MCPHS University. Sofia was born in Argentina, and lives with her husband, cat, and puppy in Central Massachusetts.
