LZC is collaborating with Parent Leaders from the GRHF to examine the impact and viability of their parent liberation model as part of the organization’s ongoing systems change work.

ICH is supporting the hospital to develop outreach and educational materials that meet the needs of pregnant Spanish and Haitian Creole speakers in their communities.

The Leah Zallman Center is partnering with Southern New Hampshire University’s Center for New Americans and New Hampshire Equity Collective to conduct an analysis of English language instruction needs for immigrants in Manchester, NH.

Working with the Massachusetts Statewide Independent Living Council, ICH conducted an assessment to identify unserved and underserved populations with disabilities across Massachusetts and understand their needs.

ICH provided TA to Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) to support the development of a strategy to advance health equity and prepare for the Massachusetts Medicaid Waiver Health Equity Incentive Program.
